Adjusting Presser Foot Position and Height
When the presser foot is raised, the clearance between the presser foot and the needle
plate should be 6.0 mm.
When the presser foot is lowered, the edge of the foot and the feed dog window on the
needle plate should be parallel.
1. Open the face cover.
2. Raise the presser foot, loosen screw (A) to adjust
the presser foot position and presser foot height,
then re-tighten the screw (A).
3 Close the face cover.
(1) Presser foot
(2) 6.0 mm
(3) Feed dog window
(4) The edge of presser foot (should be parallel with
feed dog window.)
