Appendix H

Type the following command to get Ethernet working.

ifconfig eth0 <IP address> netmask <SUBNET MASK>

ex. ifconfig eth0 10.0.0.65 netmask 255.255.255.0

You should be able to ping the camera now. Follow the instruction from Step 4 of Scenario 1.

If you can not ping the camera at this point, check the Ethernet cable. If the Ethernet cable is OK,

please contact JAI for the further troubleshooting.
