QoS Egress Port Scheduler and Shapers
This page allows you to configure Scheduler and Shapers for a specific port. This is accessed by
selecting specific port on the
Port Scheduler or Port Shaping screens.
1) Strict Priority

This table describes the labels for the QoS Egress Port Scheduler and Shapers Policers screen.
Label Description
Scheduler Mode
Controls whether the scheduler mode is Strict Priority or
Weighted on this switch port
Queue Shaper Enable Check to enable queue shaper for individual switch ports.
Queue Shaper Rate
Configures the rate of each queue shaper. The default value is
500 . This value is restricted to 100 to 1000000 when the Unit is
kbps ", and it is restricted to 1 to 3300 when the Unit is Mbps .
Queues Shaper Unit
Configures the rate for each queue shaper. The default value is
500 . This value is restricted to 100 to 1000000 when the Unit is
kbps , and it is restricted to 1 to 3300 when the Unit is Mbps .
Queue Shaper Excess Allows the queue to use excess bandwidth.
Port Shaper Enable Check to enable port shaper for individual switch ports.
Port Shaper Rate
Configures the rate of each port shaper. The default value is 500
This value is restricted to 100 to 1000000 when the Unit is kbps ,
and it is restricted to 1 to 3300 when the Unit is Mbps .
Port Shaper Unit
Configures the unit of measurement for each port shaper rate as
kbps or M bps . The default value is kbps .
Save Click Save to save changes.
Reset
Click Reset to undo any changes made locally and revert to previous
values.
Cancel
Click Cancel to undo any changes made locally and return to the
previous page.
