Power supply troubleshooting
You can know whether the power supply is working fine or not according to the status of
Power LED. If the power supply is working fine, the Power LED is solid; if the Power LED
is off, please verify that:

The power cord is correctly connected and the power switch is on;

Operating power supply accords with rated input standard.

When the Link/Act LED is off, try the following solutions:

Check all cables are properly connected to both the switch and remote devices;

Ensure the cable length between the switch and the attached device is within 100
meters.

When the PoE/Status LED is off, try the following solutions:

Check all cables are properly connected to both the switch and remote devices;

Ensure the cable length between the switch and the attached device is within 100
meters.

Log in to this device and click PoE Management > Port Setup to verify the PoE
power supply feature on the corresponding port is enabled.
