Possible solutions:

1.

There is no adjustment for the mass flow sensor.  Flow   0.01
L/min is acceptable, however this may indicate an issue if it
does not return to zero.  Run the MFM Flow Check/Leak
Check Procedure and verify MFM accuracy from 0-2.0 L/min.
Replace as required.

SAMPLE BLOCKED not displayed when sample line intentionally blocked.

Possible solutions:

Tube to pressure sensor disconnected or plugged into the
