Chapter 4 — Troubleshooting and Maintaining the Printer

PF2i and PF4i Mid-Range Printer User’s Manual

Disengage the upper guide from the lower guide by lifting the
inner part of the upper guide and pulling it out. Make sure not to
damage the cable.

Lift the upper guide.

Clean the areas marked with gray with a cleaning card or a soft
cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Be careful not to scratch the
guides.

Replace the upper guide.
