MEQ-2000 24/96 Multimode Equalizer
Using the function keys and parameter wheel to select from the available alphanumeric
characters, you can easily enter new names or alter existing ones. Preset names can
consist of up to 16 characters. The
cursor keys allow you to navigate to adjacent
positions in a preset name and enter, delete or change a character. The cursor keys
speed scrolling through the available characters.
When overwriting an existing user preset, you will be asked to confirm the operation by
pressing the
YES key. Factory presets can not be overwritten.
Presets can be copied by recalling them and storing them in another location.
Presets can be deleted by pressing the F4 DEL key in the MEMORY menu.
In the UTILITY menu, you can create presets for the MEQ-2000’s configuration and
general setup. In the CONFIG menu, you can recall up to eight typical module and
in/out configurations stored in the FACTORY bank, and store up to eight of your own USER
settings.
The MEQ-2000 also provides a number of Global Presets which include complete setup of
the entire unit. They can be recalled by pressing the UTILITY and MEMORY keys. The unit
ships with two factory presets installed: GENERAL DEFAULT and MEASUREMENT1 . (The
MEASUREMENT1 preset is recommended for use prior to performing any audio
performance measurements.) The USER bank provides four positions for storing Global
Presets.
