MEMORY MENU
Any selected parameters included in the
SETUP
menu may be stored as a user preset for
later recall. In general, there are two types of presets: temporary and permanent.
Temporary presets are accessed via the
PR1
and
PR2
keys, and are useful for quick
comparisons of up to three setups (current,
PR1
and
PR2
). Permanent presets are
recommended for storing settings for future recall.
The
MEMORY
menu may be easily recalled from any processing function by pressing the
MEMORY
key to the right of the display.
The screen below shows the display after the
MEMORY
key has been pressed while the
GEQ
is active. The screen opens the memory window, with the most recently used preset
highlighted.
There are five active keys in
MEMORY
mode:
F1 – FACT/USER
toggles
between
FACTORY
(
Fxx
) and
USER
(
Uxx
) preset banks.
F2 – RECALL
loads the highlighted preset, overwriting the current parameters.
To keep the current parameters, use the
PR1
or
PR2
temporary
preset banks before pressing
RECALL
.
F4 – DELETE
removes the highlighted preset from the
USER
bank.
F5 – STORE
enters
the
STORE
menu. Appears only if
USER
bank is selected.
F6 – CANCEL
switches back to the current settings without storing or recalling a
preset.
The
F4
(
DELETE
) and
F5
(
STORE
) keys are only active when the
USER
bank has been
selected.
For each processing module (
PEQ, GEQ, CUT, DELAY, LIMITER, COM/LIM
), eight factory
presets (
FACT
) are provided. These cannot be deleted or overwritten, but you may store
up to 32 presets per processing module in the
USER
bank. The first two positions in the
USER
bank are dedicated for temporary presets, stored by using the quick preset keys
PR1
and
PR2
.
