After loading a factory or user preset, its number appears in the upper right of the display
(e.g., F04 or U23). If any changes are made to the preset’s parameters, a sign will
appear in front of the preset number, to indicate that the preset has been modified.
Using the
cursor keys or the parameter wheel, you can select any memory position
in the USER or FACT banks. Selecting a FACT bank will allow only the recall of presets ( F4
and F5 keys are not active). Selecting a USER bank will allow you to recall a preset, store
a new preset, or delete a preset.
In the above illustration, the last recalled preset was
F01: FLAT (INIT) . Using the F1 key, the
USER bank has been accessed, and the empty U04 preset has been selected. To store
the current GEQ setup in the U04 preset, press the STORE key; a window will open to allow
entry of a new preset name.
The soft keys are now labeled as follows:
F1 – NEW deletes the current name and brings the cursor to the first position
F2 – INSERT inserts a letter between existing text (use the cursor keys to move to
the desired position).
F3 – BS backspace.
F4 – DEL deletes current position.
F5 – STORE confirms the present name and returns to the current function screen.
F6 – CANCEL returns to the current function screen without saving.
