Device firmware update (DFU) host tool

The device firmware update (DFU) host tool is a stand-alone program included w

ith ModusToolbox™ software.

This tool is used to communicate with an EZ-

PD™ PMG1 MCU that has already

been programmed with an

application that includes the DFU capability. The tool communicates with the EZ-

PD™ PMG1 MCU over

an I2C or

UART interface to update the firmware. See the

Device firmware update host guide

for details.
