Screw the cleaned and lubricated collet in
reverse order to the stop back into the spindle.
When the tool was from the milling machine's
blank holder:

Place the tool properly positioned back into the
blank holder.
▷
End the cleaning via the operational display.
C/L nozzles
▷
Inspect the C/L nozzles weekly.
▷
If required, clean the outlet hole using a fine,
flexible needle.

Monthly maintenance
Checking the zero point
It is recommended to check the zero point once
every month.
8.4
External maintenance
External maintenance is necessary after a defined
number operating hours. The milling machine
software will display an appropriate message.
NOTE:
Incorrect installation!

To screw the collet into the spindle, insert a
tool into the open collet.
CAUTION:
Danger of tool breakage!
▷
Make sure to remove the tool from the collet
chuck!
Do not clean the C/L nozzles with the col-
let brush!
