A two-digit hexadecimal value, where bit 0
corresponds to channel 0, bit 1 corresponds to
channel 1, etc. For type code 50, when the bit is 1 it
means that the counter of the channel is overflowed
and 0 means that the counter of the channel is not
overflowed. For type code 54 ~ 56, the overflow
status is represented by two bits.

00: no over/underflow
01: overflow
10: underflow
11: not applicable
