Functions related to start control orders
These functions are initialised by a start control order that the relay detects at the beginning of motor
start (internal or external control order).
3 functions are put into serviced only during the start period : the [48], [51LR], [27ST] functions.
2 functions are put into serviced only after the start period : the [51 STALL], [27] functions.
The [37 P/I] and [27RC] functions are put into serviced incessantly during the motor operation (the
[37P/I] function is really put into serviced after an adjustable start time-delay).
All the other protection functions are not related to the start control order, and can be permanently put
into serviced.
