The FEATURES statement in SYSTEM CONFIG allows you to modify attributes
associated with the running system at IPL time. In this procedure, you will modify
some of the features:

The Auto_Warm_IPL feature causes CP to bypass prompting for start options,
provided the previous system shutdown was successful. The feature allows for a
fully automated startup of z/VM.
