Symptom Action
The green power-module output
LED is not lit.
1. Make sure that:
a. All power cords are connected to compatible power sources and the power
sources are working.
b. The shuttle release handles are in the closed position and the captive
thumbscrews are tightened.
2. Replace the power module with a power module that is known to work.

The amber power-module error
LED is lit.
1. Make sure that:
