Appendix A. Computer records
This appendix contains a form for recording information about your
computer, which can be helpful if you ever need to have your computer
serviced.
Record and retain the following information.
The machine type (M/T) and model numbers and the serial number (S/N) for
your computer are located on a label on the rear of the computer and also
on a label on the front of the computer located at the bottom-right corner.
The registration number is required for service or support. You can register
your computer by telephone when call for service or support. See “What to
do before you call” on page 44 for more information about registering your
Aptiva PC.
