Service and Maintenance

Backup of Result Files

A backup of result files is recommended on regular time bases (e. g. weekly). This
backup cannot be carried out directly from the

Phoenix

software menu.

Proceed as follows:

Open the Windows explorer.

Select the Phoenix folder.

Select the Results folder.

Select the result files (.res) to save.

Copy them on the desired data drive.

Putting System Out of Action

To put system out of action for a longer time contact your local service centre.
