Access the HPE OneView for vCenter Plugin in vCenter
Procedure
1 From the Home page of the vSphere Web Client, verify that the HPE Management Administration icon is
available in the Administration grouping.
2 If the icon is not present, log out of the vSphere Web Client, close all browser sessions, and log back in
to initialize the plugin.
3 If the icon is still not present after you log back in, reboot the <<vcenter_vm_name>> VM.
4 Click the HPE Management Administration icon.
5 Accept any security warnings to continue.
Configure Server Module Credentials
Procedure
1 From the HPE OneView for vCenter Getting Started page, in the left pane, choose HPE Management >
Server Module Credentials.
2 Click the Credentials for Platform/Infrastructure Integration tab.
3 Enter the following global device credentials for ESXi, iLO, and Onboard Administrator:
•
ESXi: User name root and password <<compute_server_root_password>>.
•
iLO: User name admin and password <<blade_ilo_admin_password>>.
•
Onboard Administrator: User name admin and password <<enclosure_1_password>>.
