This function deactivates the refrigeration compartment if the user
is going away for a period of time. When the icon (7) comes on in
the right hand fridge section of the display the fridge temperature
will be replaced by a dash (Fig. 9.)
When activated perishable food should be removed from the fridge
and the door kept closed. The fridge will maintain adequate
temperature for preventing the formation of odours, therefore not
necessary to switch the appliance off. When deactivated, the fridge
temperature (icon 9) reverts back to the setting made prior to
holiday mode being selected.

To change the desired temperature press this button until the
display shows the temperature required (icon 9). This will increase
by increments of 1°C from +2°C to +6°C with an audible beep with
each selection, then with a double beep it skips from +6°C down to
+2°C.

Lock Function
(Child Lock)
This function locks the buttons on the control panel and the ice and
water dispenser in order to prevent accidentally changing the
settings or dispensing ice /water.
To lock the panel buttons press and hold both the RESET (D) and
HOLIDAY mode (E) simultaneously for at least 3 seconds until the
lock symbol (icon 11) appears in the display and is accompanied
by an acoustic beep. To enable control functions again, press and
hold D and E until the lock symbol (icon 11) disappears.
