Retighten all screw and plug-in
connections as well as the hydraulic
connections
Due to material settlements or e.g. paint residues between
screw connections even properly tightened screw
connections can become loose, resulting in loose screw
connections and leaking hydraulic connections.
Retighten the wheels - all
M 18 x 1.5 - 300 Nm
M 22 x 1.5 - 510 Nm

initially after 10 hours or 50 km

then again after 10 hours or 50 km

then retighten every day, until the screws have settled and
further tightening is no longer possible

2 years)

Check for leaks, kinks in hoses, chafing and blockage

Check for tightness, blockages

Check flap position and tight fit of flap

Metering unit
Roller and sealing lip
Check condition, setting and state of wear, replace the
sealing lip min. 1 x year

Motor bearing and housing cover
Check for condition and smooth running

Rape brush
Check condition and function - remove if not in use

Cultivation tools
Coulters and pressure rollers
Check for condition, tight fit and wear. Check pretension on
coulter discs. Tighten the coulter discs with 130 - 150 Nm,
press rollers (toothing) with 400 Nm
Check the automatic scraper adjustment and the condition of
the uniformers

Scrapers on coulters and press rolls
Check condition, setting and state of wear
x
Coulter stops
Check the setting of the coulters, adjust if necessary
x
Fertiliser coulter
Check for condition, tight fit and wear. Reset fertiliser tubes if
required. Check the leak tightness of mechanical seals
x
Cultivation tools
Check for condition, tight fit and wear.
Check light movement and leak tightness of friction ring bearings
x
Rubber mounts for cultivation tools,
seed and fertiliser coulters
Check condition, tension and damping
x
Harrow tines
Check condition and state of wear
x
Screw adjustment
Check for condition and smooth running
x
Bout markers and PE marker
Check condition, tight fit, function, smooth running. Check
discs for wear, bearings and fastening
