Switch on the hydraulic drive on the tractor.

Switch on the hydraulic motor by the three-
way valve.

Fill in seed through the funnel. Watch out for
foreign particles!

When fi lling allow the auger to run a little bit
longer, then shut down the hydraulic drive
with the three-way valve.
¾
Switch off the hydraulic drive on the tractor
and shut down the engine.
¾
Place a suitable container under the wing sec-
tion to take up residues from the auger tube.
¾
Unlock the auger tube, fold it up and lock it.
¾
Close the transport lid.
Thoroughly clean the auger, especially
after using it with dressing or fertiliser.
These agents are aggressive and pro-
mote corrosion.
Blockage in fi lling funnel
For glumaceous seeds and in case of obstruc-
tions in the fi lling funnel the feed can be opened
further.
Strictly switch off the tractor and the
screw drive.
Loosen the screws and open the gate wider.
Retighten the screws.

Filling auger
The fi lling device consists of a fi xed and a move-
able auger half.
It enables simple and quick fi lling of the seed
hopper. It is driven by a hydraulic motor, which
is directly connected with the tractor.
The fl ow control valve prevents over revving of
the fi lling auger. It directs any oil in excess of 60
litres into the return fl ow.
Always fold the auger up if it is not needed in
the fi eld or for road transportation.
Its own weight could cause damage to the sus-
pension.

Never reach with your hands in the
rotating auger!
The eccentric lock must always be
locked!
For road travel the auger must be
folded in and locked in place.

Open the transportation lid, unlock the wing
section, fold it down and lock it.

Run the tractor engine with raised speed.
