Metering unit
The HORSCH metering unit consists of only
a few individual parts and can be dismantled
without tools.

Whenever performing assembly work
on the motor, you should always mount
it with the bore facing down, so that no
water can run into the housing.
Rotors
Various cell rotors are available for the place-
ment of the various
fertilizer
types and quanti-
ties. The choice of rotors is described in
the DrillManager instructions.
The cell rotors are classified acc. to displace

ment (in cm³) per revolution.

Ensure leak tightness of components
when coming into contact. Leaks lead
to metering errors.
When assembling the metering unit
all contact faces must be sealed and
distortion of the housing caused by
screwing on must be avoided.
