CAUTION

Risk of injury during assembly work

Observe the safety notes and accident prevention instructions.

Always use an appropriate protective outfit for all repair, maintenance, and
adjustment work.

WARNING

Danger of injury caused by machine lowering

Always support the machine with suitable means before starting any assembly
or maintenance work on tines and coulters.

Secure the lift cylinders with aluminium clips.

1. Hitch the machine up to the tractor and park it on firm, level ground.

2. Loosen the pneumatic hoses from the tines and remove these from the work-

ing area.

3. Disconnect the hydraulic connections between core machine and tine field.

WARNING

Leaking hydraulic fluid can cause serious injuries! Danger of injury by
unwanted machine movements.

Connect and disconnect the hydraulic lines only when the hydraulics are
without pressure on both tractor and machine.

Fastening of the support wheels

4. Remove bolts A and B and take off the support wheels.

5. Lower the tine field on heavy load rollers and secure it against rolling away.

6. Loosen and remove the bolt C and the screw D on both sides of the machine.
