Detector unit
(1) Connector cable
This is used for connecting with the converter (HR-200RT).
(2) Reference electrode
(3) Anode electrode
Note
If an impact is applied, the electrodes could be damaged. Be extremely careful when cleaning the
measuring cell or replacing the cathode electrode.
(4) Sample outlet
This is the outlet of the sample water. A 16 A vinyl chloride piping is used for the outlet.
(5) Measuring cell
Use this cell while the sample water level is stabilized.
(6) Sampling cock
(7) Sample inlet
This is an inlet of the sample water. For the inlet, connect a
φ
8 mm
×
φ
6 mm tube.
Or, use an R1/8 joint.
(8) Ceramic beads
These are for polishing/cleaning the cathode electrode surface.
Reference
Refer to “ Cleaning/replacing the bead filter A, bead filter and ceramic beads ” (page 50).
(9) Bead cell
This cell contains the ceramic beads for polishing/cleaning the cathode electrode surface.
When replacing the ceramic beads, remove the cell from the measuring cell.
(10) Cathode electrode
Note
When replacing the cathode electrode, be sure to confirm that the O-ring (S8) is inserted.
Reference
Refer to “ Replacing the cathode electrode ” (page 49).
(11)Nut
This is a nut for fixing the detector to the measuring cell.
