•

Put the RM640 signal converter on the SmartLine

RM60 flange system. Make sure that the

flange system fully engages in the mating part (signal converter).

•

Tighten the lock screw at the bottom of the signal converter with a 5 mm Allen wrench.

•

Remove the terminal compartment cover and loosen the cable glands.

•

Put the electrical wires in the terminal compartment. Connect the electrical wires to the

terminals.

•

Attach the terminal compartment cover. Tighten the cable glands.
