ALTERNATOR

Lubricate a new o ring with motor oil and install it into
the slot on the starter motor.

Install the lid left side of the casing of the engine.

The cover of alternator (stator) is fixed magnetically be-
hind the wheel of the engine. Be careful not to ignite the
fingers during installation.

O-RING

Install the intermediate gear boot in the machinery of
reduction.

GEAR REDUCTION

INTERMEDIATE GEAR BOOT

Apply oil to the axle of intermediate gear boot and install in
gear.

AXLE

INTERMEDIATE GEAR BOOT

To install the lid left side of the casing of the engine be
careful not to ignite the cable breaker of deadlock.

Install the eight bolts and tighten firmly.

Install the cable breaker of deadlock (page 19-12).
