Loctite 222
1. Remove old fan guard with 5/64” Allen bit.
2. Install the fan guard(s) on the back of the console.
3. Secure each fan guard using 4 screws each.
4. Apply a small drop of Loctite 222 to each screw before installing.
5. Tighten to 6 in/lbs.
3.6.8 Baseplate Bumper
Inspection
Bumper start/end and glue location.
1. Examine the baseplate bumper for damage and determine if the bumper is still firmly
attached.
2. If the bumper has begun to peel away from the baseplate, it may be reattached or
replaced. Follow instructions below.

1. Remove old edge trim and clean base plate with alcohol.
2. Stretch 78.5” of baseplate bumper around the baseplate.
3. Glue the ends of the bumper together using Loctite 410.
