La stabilité de marche ne peut pas être améliorée. Il
est cependant possible d’ajuster le pneu à la jante pour
atteindre une minimisation considérable des masses
d’équilibrage (donc de plus petites masses), sans avoir
un effet négatif sur la stabilité de marche.
En fonction des affichages, il existe plusieurs
possibilités de poursuivre le programme. Ces
possibilités sont indiquées ci–dessous.
Affichage === - OP.7
Recommandation de renverser le pneu sur la jante (les
traits de l’affichage gauche tournent).
Sélection 1 : Renverser le pneu sur la jante
(programme standard)
•
Orienter la roue suivant l’indicateur de direction
àgauche et tracer un repère double exactement
perpendiculairement à et au–dessus de l’arbre
principal du côté gauche du pneu.
•
Enlever la roue de la equilibreuse.
•
Renverser le pneu sur la jante et le tourner jusqu’à
ce que le repère double coïncide avec la valve.
•
Serrer la roue sur l'équilibreuse et la tourner jusqu’à
ce que la valve soit exactement perpendiculaire à et
au–dessus de l’arbre principal.
•
Appuyer sur la touche PRO-MATCH (2) pour entrer
la position de la valve.
L’affichage OP.8 apparaît alors.
•
Appuyer sur la touche START (3) (lancée de contrôle).
Si l’optimisation a été correctement effectuée suivant la
séquence de programme, la machine repasse, après la
lancée de contrôle, au mode d’équilibrage qui était
sélectionné avant l’initialisation de la lancée d’optimisation
et le balourd dynamique resté dans la roue est affiché.
•
Effectuer l’équilibrage de la roue suivant les affichages.
L’optimisation est terminé et la roue equilibré aussi.
Affichage du code d’erreur E9
Si E9 est affiché, c’est qu’il y a eu au moins une erreur
relative à la séquence de programme lors de la
procédure d’optimisation. Quitter le programme
d’optimisation en appuyant sur la touche
STOP (4) et,
si cela est souhaité, relancer l’optimisation.
Sélection 2 : Ne pas renverser le pneu sur la jante.
•
Appuyer sur la touche F (1).
Le résultat est alors recalculé.
L’affichage OP.7 - = = =
ou H0 ou H2 apparaît alors.
•
Pour passer à === -OP.7 (renverser le pneu) appuyer
à nouveau sur la touche
F .
Sélection 3 : Interruption d’optimisation
•
Afin de repasser du programme OP au programme
d’équilibrage, appuyer sur la touche
STOP (4).
Le balourd de la roue est alors affiché.
•
Effectuer l’équilibrage de la roue suivant les affichages.
Affichage OP.7 - ===
Recommandation de tourner la pneu sur la jante (les
traits de l’affichage droit restent allumés).

Silent running cannot be improved.
However, it is possible to readjust the tyre relative to
the rim to achieve significant weight minimisation (i.e.:
smaller balance weights) without having an adverse
effect on silent running.
Depending on the readings, there are several
possibilities for proceeding with the program. These
possibilities are described below.
Reading === - OP.7
Turn the tyre over on the rim (the left display bars are
rotating).
Option 1: Turn the tyre over on the rim (normal
program).
- Readjust the wheel according to the left direction
indicator and make a double mark on the left side of
the tyre exactly perpendicular to and above the main
shaft.
- Remove the wheel from the machine.
- Turn the tyre over on the rim and readjust until the
double mark coincides with the valve.
- Clamp the wheel on the balancer and readjust it so
that the valve is exactly perpendicular to and above the
main shaft.
- Press the
PRO-MATCH key (2) to acquire the valve
position.
Reading OP.8 appears.
- Press the
START key (3) (check run).
If balancing optimisation (silent running) has been
carried out correctly (according to the program cycle),
after the check run the machine automatically returns
to the type of weight positioning previously selected
and indicates the residual dynamic imbalance on the
wheel.
- Balance the wheel according to the readings.
Both optimisation and balancing are accomplished.
Message E9
Message E9 means that at least one error occurred
during the optimisation cycle. Press the
STOP key (4)
to exit the optimisation program and repeat optimisation
if necessary.
Option 2: Do not turn the tyre over on the rim
- Press the F key (1).
The result is recalculated.
Reading OP.7 - = = = or H0 or H2 appears
- To go to === - OP.7 (turning over the tyre) press the
F
key (1) again.
Option 3: Abort optimisation
- Press the STOP key (4) to exit the OP program and
return to the balancing program
The imbalance on the wheel is shown on the readout.
- Balance the wheel according to the readings.
Reading OP.7 - ===
Readjust the tyre on the rim (the right display bars light
up permanently).
