3.3.16

Repalacement of the thermistor (Suction, THMs)

Remove the insulation of the suction pipe.

Loosen the screw fixing the thermistor.

At the E-box, disconnect the CN27 contact (or
the Faston terminals 7 and 8 of multiple contact
QCN3)

Remove the thermistor.

When reassembling after replacing the thermis

tor (THMd), perform the procedure in the re

verse order than removing.

Replacement of the thermistor (Discharge, THMd)

Cut and remove the plastic bands that fixes
the insulation of the discharge pipe thermistor
(THMd).

Loosen the screw fixing the thermistor.

At the E-box, disconnect the CN26TD contact
(or the Faston terminals 9 and 10 of multiple
contact QCN3)

Remove the thermistor.

When reassembling after replacing the thermis

tor (THMd), perform the procedure in the re

verse order than removing.

Replacement of the crankcase heater (CH)

Disconnect the cables (17 and 18 of the crank

case heater form the E-box of the compressor
table board).

Unscrew the heater and proceed to its replace

ment

When reassembling proceed in reverse order
than removing.

Wait for the crankcase heater to cool before

manipulate. Protect your hands with appropiate

gloves.
