Automatic Power Saving Function (APS)

Enabling/disabling the automatic power saving

Enabled: Turning off the instrument automatically

Disabled: Not turning off the instrument automatically

Turn off the instrument.

(When enabled)

Switch over the display to

automatic power saving

setup mode.

Choose between

[oFF]

and

[on]

(When disabled)

Confirm your entry.

The instrument will be restarted.
The settings will not change

if the instrument is turned off

without your confirmation.

•

For continuous use of the instrument, disable the APS function.

(Default setting: enabled)

•

If the display unintentionally switches over to automatic power

saving setup mode, cycle the instrument. The instrument will be

turned on without changing the settings.
