Other Features

8.1 Backlight

Turning on/off the backlight

Pressing the

key can turn on/off the display backlight.

If inactivity continues or a measurement-current anomaly continues

to be detected for at least 40 s, the backlight will be automatically

turned off.

Enabling/disabling automatic backlighing shutoff

You can enable/disable the automatic backlighting shutoff.

Enabled: Turning off the backlight automatically

Disabled: Not turning off the backlight automatically

Turn off the instrument.

(When enabled)

Switch over the display to

automatic backlighting-

shutoff setup mode.

Choose between

[oFF]

and

[on]

(When disabled)

Confirm your entry.

The display will return to

measurement mode.
