2. Vehicles should
only
be loaded using the combination rail/ramps supplied with the RV.
Ramps should be placed off of one of the angled sides at the front of the deck (
Fig. 1
).
3. Load the front cargo deck from back to front, using the supplied ramps. Keep heavier
vehicles/items to the rear of the front cargo deck.
4. Load all vehicles/equipment evenly from side to side on the front deck.
5. Secure all vehicles/items to prevent load shifts during transit. D-rings are provided in
the floor of the front deck for tie downs.
6. After loading, weigh the trailer at the hitch, each axle, and each wheel. Observe all
trailer gross axle and tire ratings.
7. If the weight of the loaded trailer exceeds any of the ratings as listed on the certification
label located on the front lower left outside wall, remove or re-distribute the cargo load
until the weight(s) are less than the maximum ratings.
8. After loading vehicles on the front deck, secure the ramps into place on the front deck
to serve as railings.
Make sure all vehicles/items on the front cargo deck have been secured with the
proper tie down straps and the ramps are secured in place on the front deck.

Exercise extreme caution during loading and unloading of vehicles on the
front deck. There are no railings in place during loading or unloading, and it
is possible for vehicles to be driven over the edge of the front deck causing
serious personal injury or death.

Failure to comply with weight capacities and distribution could result in an
accident or loss of control resulting in death of serious injury.

Your recreation vehicle’s load capacity is designated by weight, not by
volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading the
vehicle. Do not exceed your GVWR and ensure you are loading the vehicle
as evenly as you can for the best possible handling. Ensure heavy items are
secured so they do not shift during travel.

