4.3 Safety rules for attachments and
pallets
1.
Select proper accessories and tools according
to the shapes and materials of the cargo to be
loaded.
– Do not hang ropes on the forks or
attachments to lift cargo, because the rope
may slip; if necessary, a person with lifting
operation qualifications should lift cargo with
a lifting hook or a boom.

Be careful not to let the forks touch the
road surface, to avoid damaging the fork tip
and road surface.
2. The pallet or wooden wedges should be strong
enough to bear the cargo weight, do not use
damaged or deformed pallets.
3. Select proper attachments according to the
shapes and materials of the cargo. Attachments
can only be used for their intended purpose, if you
need to modify them, please contact Hangcha
dealers or agents. Do not refit the attachments
without permission.
4. Use a pallet when handling small objects and
do not place them on the forks directly.
4.4 Safety rules for parking and
storage
1.
Pull up the parking brake when parking on a
flat road; if the truck has to be stopped on a ramp,
a wedge must be placed under the wheel.

– Stop the truck away from smoke or
flames.
