Results expressed as colony forming units

Place petri dishes on a flat surface in

good natural light. Avoid direct sunlight.

colonies systematically.

After incubation remove petri dishes. Note

incubation temperature and period.

Remove lids. Count yellow colonies more

than 1mm diameter. Use lens if necessary.
