Assembling the Chain Guard

1. Position the chute controller assembly so that all sides are accessible. Remove the cover from the

chute controller housing.

2. Align the top and bottom tabs of the rear chain guard (B) with holes in the idler sprocket mounting

brackets (C) and attach by inserting 5/16 x 3/4 in. flange bolts (D) through the sides and tightening
with 5/16 in. flange nuts (E).

3. Feed chain (A) from the large sprocket around the small sprocket and out through the back panel

and up between the idler sprocket mounting brackets (C).

4. Install the rear chain guard (B) and controller cover to secure for lifting.
