E. Sicherheitsfangmutter
Der Tragmutter (Schneckenrad) ist eine gleiche
Mutter (Sicherheitsfangmutter) nachgeordnet,
sodass sich die Tragmutter bei Bruch oder
Gewindeverschleiß auf der Folgemutter absetzen
kann.
Ab einem Verschleiß von 50% (x = 0) müssen
Schneckenrad und Sicher-heitsfangmutter ersetzt
werden.
Mutterbruch-Überwachung
(mechanisch)
Im Fall des Tragmutterbruchs meldet der mecha-
nische Endschalter (Zwangsöffner) der Steuerung
das Versagen. Danach ist nur noch eine einmalige
Bewegung in die Grundstellung möglich. Ein
Wiederanfahren aus der Grundstellung darf nicht
mehr möglich sein.
E. Safety nut
The load bearing nut is complemented by a
similar nut acting as a safety nut. Should thread
failure occur in the load bearing nut (through wear
and tear or breakage), the safety nut will absorb
the whole load.
Replace worm wheel and safety nut when wear
and tear has exceeded 50%. (X = 0)
Nut failure monitoring
(mechanical)
In the event of nut failure, the limit switch com-
municates with the control system upon which
only one more movement to the basic position is
permitted. A restart from this position should not
be possbile.
