NO-STRESS DEVICE - OPTIONAL
12.1
Adjustment of the No-Stress device
The action of the No-Stress electronic
device is to stop the feeder rollers if the
number of revs of the flywheel falls
below a pre-established value, in case
of overload.
Functions of the No Stress device
When it is switched on the partial hour
counter is displayed. With repeated
pressing of the “S” button the total
hours counter and the number of revs of
the rotor are displayed in sequence. The
type of display is shown by the lighting
up of the “rpm” (number of revs function)
and “h” (hour counter function) LEDs.
When the machine is in motion the No-
Stress device displays the number of
revs per minute measured on the
flywheel shaft via the sensor
(Ref. E)
.
The device is already pre-calibrated with
values set by the factory. However, it is
possible to reset the desired intervention
(SET1) and hysteresis (SET2) threshold
by proceeding as follows:
Open the container by unscrewing the
screws that fasten the cover, press the
“T2” button and set the desired values
using the “T1” button to increase and
the “S” button and the “T2” button to
confirm the value.

All the functions of the AC-W08 except
those shown below, have been set in
the factory by the manufacturer
