WARNING!
● The air conditioner unit must be switched off and the main power must be disconnected before
cleaning; otherwise it may cause electric shock.
● Do not wet the air conditioner unit, as this will cause the risk of electric shock. Make sure not to flush the
air conditioner unit with water whatever the situation may be.
CAUTIONS!
● Volatile liquids, e.g. thinner or gasoline may damage the visual appearance of the air conditioner unit.
(Always clean the cover of air conditioner by using the soft dry cloth and wet cloth soaked with medium
cleanser).
● To avoid decoloration or deformation, never wash the cover of air conditioner with hot water over 45 .
● To avoid fire or deformation, never dry the air filter of indoor unit on the fire.
● Inspection at the start of service season
Check if the inlet and outlet of the indoor and outdoor units are blocked.
Check if the earthing wire is securely connected to ground.
Check if the batteries of the remote controller have been changed.
Check if the air filter is properly installed.
Check if the outdoor unit is firmly installed. Please contact Gree’s franchise repair center in case of any
abnormality.
To ensure smooth startup of the air-conditioner unit after a long period of stop, the mains switch shall be
preset to “ON” status 8 hours before start of the operation.
● Maintenance at the end of service season
Clean the filter and the body of indoor and outdoor unit.
Cut off the main power of the air conditioner unit.
Remove the dust and foreign articles on outdoor unit.
If the outdoor unit is rusted, apply painting to the rust position, thus to avoid its expansion.

Troubleshooting
