Connection between Indoor and Outdoor Units
● Electrical Connection
Note:
One air switch (or fuse)shall be installed for each indoor unit according to the capacity of the air-
conditioner unit, and one mains air switch shall be installed for all indoor units. The air switch for
each indoor unit is used for protection against short circuiting and abnormal overloading, and it is
usually closed. The mains air switch is used for supplying or disconnecting the electric power to all
indoor units.
A circuit breaker to cut off the power supply of the entire system must be installed.

Connection of power cables:
1. Insert the power cable through the rubber ring.
2. Connect the power cable to the terminal marked “L, N, PE”.
3. Fix the cable with cable clamp.
● Connection of distribution wires (communication):
1. Open the outdoor electric box.
2. Insert the distribution wires (communication) from the base through the rubber ring in electric box.
3. Insert the distribution wires (communication) into the 3-pin holder CN10 on the outdoor circuit board.
4. Use the strap to fix the distribution wires (communication) tightly.
5. Install the wire cover plate back to original position and tighten the screws.
6. Cover the panel.
● Branching of connection pipe
The connection pipe between indoor unit and outdoor unit is provided with the following Branching method:
1. Y-type Branch. (See below)
