LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Great Arnoldi, LLC (“TGA”) warrants this product to be free from defects
in manufacturing or materials for one (1) year from the date of original retail
purchase. This limited warranty extends only to the original retail purchase,
and does NOT apply if the product has been damaged or fails to function
properly as a result of misuse, abuse, alteration, failure to follow the instructions
regarding installation and use, or improper cleaning or maintenance. This
limited warranty also does NOT apply to: (i) Acts of God (such as floods or
lightning); (ii) excess voltage or current; (iii) improper or incorrectly performed
repairs by persons who are not expressly authorized by TGA; (iv) batteries; (v)
ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage; (vi) transportation, shipping or
insurance costs; (vii) costs of product removal, installation, set up service or
reinstallation; and (viii) claims by persons other than the original purchaser.
For a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date of the product,
TGA will have the option to repair or replace the product with the same
or comparable product at no cost to you or refund the purchase price. All
replaced parts and products, and products on which a refund is made, become
the property of TGA. New or reconditioned parts and products may be used in
the performance of warranty service.
Repaired or replaced parts and products are warranted for the remainder of
the original warranty period. You will be charged for repair or replacement
of the product made after the expiration of the warranty period.
