GRAVIS does warrant that these programmed disks are free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years
from the date of purchase, as evidenced by a copy of the sales receipt. If your
software is defective, contact Gravis Technical Support to obtain a Return
Authorization Number. The above is the only warranty of any kind.
DISCLAIMER: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRAVIS
disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including, without
limitation, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, with respect to the software and any accompanying written materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall GRAVIS or its
licensors be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation,
damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
information, or incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not
allow exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or of liability for incidental
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdic-
