When you open the button assignment window, the cursor is positioned in the
Keystrokes–Button Press field.
2. Click on the gray edit bar to begin the entry.
3. Press and hold the <ALT> key, then press <H>. Click on the gray edit bar
(which now says “Done”) to end the entry.
4. Click the “<End of keystroke string>“ line in the Button Release entry box.
5. Click on the gray edit bar, then press the <C> key. Select OK.
Pressing this button while playing a game would have the same effect as
pressing <ALT-H> on the keyboard, then <C> when you release the joystick's
button.
