6.1 INSTALLING MOWER
1. Park unit on level surface, engage parking brake,
shut off engine, and remove ignition key.
2. Move mower into position in front of unit.
3. Attach mower to unit with mounting hardware as
shown below.
4. Remove belt cover.
5. Route long mower belt around the unit’s electric
clutch pulley as shown in Figure 5.
6. Attach long belt idler spring to idler arm and bolt in
deck.
7. Replace belt cover.
8. Check function of all controls.
6.2 REMOVING MOWER
1. Park unit on level surface, engage parking brake,
shut off engine, and remove ignition key.
2. Remove belt cover.
3. Remove the long belt idler spring from the idler
arm.
4. Remove long mower belt from the unit’s electric
clutch pulley.
5. Remove and save mower mounting hardware.
Detach mower.
6. Replace belt cover on mower for storage. Long
mower belt may be stored under belt cover.
6.3 ADJUST HEIGHT OF CUT (60" MOWER)
1. Remove the lift bar from its holder on the mower
frame. Insert the bolt that is in the end of the lift bar
into the hole in the mower frame next to the rear of
the mower support bracket.
2. Hook the chain, which is fastened to the lift bar, to
the bolt that is sticking out of the mower support
bracket.
