Check intake filter and silencer after the first
100 hours of operation.

Clean filters and lubricators and determine
how frequently filters and lubricators should
be checked during future operation. This will
help the motor performances and it’ service
life.

Do not open when explosive atmosphere is
present. Sparks induced by tools may cause
an explosion.
»
When performing maintenance on the air mo-
tor please use the rebuild instructions which
are also enclosed in this manual. Please make
sure the motor runs smooth after maintenance
and check the clearances in the motor to pre-
vent problems when operating the motor.

The oil level in the motor casing must be maintained. The frequency of replenishment
will depend on the application and usage. The motor case should be drained and
refilled after 25 hours of initial running and every 200 hours thereafter or sooner if
found necessary e.g. (contamination of oil by water from the air line.)
