Fryer Operation

GBF Ventless Electric Fryer
GBF-35D & 50D-VH

12. Remove the Discharge Hose from the Discharge Hose Coupling; push

the white ring in while pulling the hose fitting out of the coupling.

Drain any waste oil remaining in the hose into the oil disposal

container.

13. Allow the Filter Pan to sufficiently cool. Remove the Pan assembly,

disassemble and clean thoroughly, see

Section 6.03

14. To perform a Boil-Out procedure, see

Section 6.01, Boil-Out

Procedure

To shut down unit, see

Section 5.06, Normal Shut-Down

10. Return Drain Valve Handle

When performing the next steps be sure to wear thermal protective
