Transmit LED (CR37) on CPC D-Box Board is not Lit
Try the following steps until the problem is resolved.
Note: These steps are not in sequential order.
• Ensure that the appropriate pump loop LED (transmit) is lit on the Dispenser Hub (refer to
“Troubleshooting Dispenser Hub LEDs”
on
). If not, verify the following:
- Forecourt installation programming is correct
- Dispenser Hub has obtained a download after the forecourt programming is complete.
If the Dispenser Hub is transmitting properly, perform the following:
• Check cable connectivity from Dispenser Hub to D-Box.
• Warmstart or cycle power at CPC D-Box.
• Verify if JP10 (34 mA) jumper is installed.
• Check voltage at D-Box power supply.
• Check voltage at D-Box power Board.
Receive LED (CR36) on CPC D-Box Board is not Lit
Try the following steps until the problem is resolved.
Note: These steps are not in sequential order.
• Check if loop back connector wires are reversed. Switch the wires and check if it resolves
the problem.
• Verify if the Forecourt Installation is correct.
• Verify if the JP10 (34 mA) jumper is installed.
• Verify if unused loop back connectors are either cut or jump jacks removed.
• If CR36 stays lit on the T20488-G2 when the Dispenser Hub system to CPC D-Box
two-wire cable is disconnected and reconnected, there is a short on one of the CAT
RS-485 pairs.
Slow/Sluggish Response to Customer Actions
If this problem occurs, the CAT Control Board or the Computer Base (Pump) could be
defective. Try the following steps until the problem is resolved.
