Resetting NGCRIND.exe
Resetting the NGCRIND Application for a Single Fueling Position
When issues appear to impact all fueling positions, it may become necessary to restart the
NGCRIND.exe process. To reset the NGCRIND application, proceed as follows:

Access Windows Explorer through System Maintenance at the Passport Server.

Navigate to the
C:\Passport\Tools
folder.
