Chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and hydrogen chloride electrochemical cells are sensitive to
changes in humidity, especially at temperatures above 77°F (25°C). To avoid false alarms
caused by humidity variations, it is recommended that alarm set points be set above 20%
of the full-scale range.
