Note:
Maintaining the actual platform temperature at <18 °C or >25 °C may require
placement of the Ettan IPGphor 3 instrument in a location of lower or higher
than ambient temperature (e.g. a cold room).
It may be necessary to operate the instrument in an air conditioned room to
prevent condensation from collecting on the platform in humid environments
when the platform is run below 7°C ambient temperature.
The third line contains fields to set the platform temperature and current
limit for all isoelectric focusing steps.
