Scanned images will be saved and uploaded to the
computer when computer contact has been re-estab-
lished.

A UPS can eliminate data loss during and after a power failure, and allow time
for a controlled shut-down of Ettan IPGphor 3.
Note:
Restart after emergency
shutdown/power failure
When the power returns to normal no experiments that were running at the time of
emergency shutdown will be continued. Proceed as follows:

Restart the software.

When the system is connected, the log event will be stored in the system
log.
If you wish to continue a run, set up and run a new experiment with the
appropriate/remaining steps to complete the run in the best way.
